| Wisconsin Quarter Horse Youth
Association puts on a two day horse show every year as a
fundraiser for our youth world team. This year's show will be
held in Fond du Lac, WI at Horseshoe Springs Ranch, June 9th
and 10th. This is the 7th year we're putting on the show, and
each year it gets bigger. Last year the weather was not
cooperating and we still had 15-20 entries in most classes.
We're offering divisions for equestrians with disabilities,
rookie classes in each division, and lots of walk trot
classes. It's a very low pressure, get your feet wet type
show. Saturday is open to all breeds, and Sunday is our AQHA
approved all-novice show. If you've ever thought about trying
some quarter horse shows, this is the perfect chance to see
what it is all about. Judge Lance Treptow will give
participants pointers on how to improve their riding. Come
earn some AQHA points on your horse, and get some experience
in the show ring. |
